SITL 2024: Decoding 50 Shades of Risk and Adopting Resilient Strategies

Prewave in SITL 2024

Prewave engages in vital dialogue on supply chain risks at SITL 2024:

Yesterday, at SITL 2024, Prewave was invited to a roundtable organized and moderated by Grégoire VIALLON from Wavestone, on the theme “50 Shades of Risk: What Strategies to Adopt in the Era of Uncertainties.”

A panel of experts, such as Thierry BLEIN from Renault Group, Luca Silipo from GEODIS, and Guillaume Waline from Prewave, delved into the contemporary challenges impacting the supply chain and presented risk management strategies to navigate these turbulent waters.

The roundtable highlighted the importance of AI in tackling these new challenges. Besides massive data processing, this technology enables deep supplier network mapping (Tier-1 to Tier-N) to identify, prevent, and manage risks. Emphasis was also placed on recent legislation, CSRD and CS3D in Europe, or UFLPA in the USA for example. Often referred to as a “regulatory tsunami”, these laws aim to make supply chains healthier, more efficient, and responsible.

A big thank you to Wavestone for their invitation to this day at SITL 2024!
